Pros
The only pro is that I've learned how fast a company can go from 60 to 0 in one yr

Been with the company 13 yrs since it was Hewitt. Since rebranding to Alight, it's gone to hell. Upper mgmt has no idea what we do and no interest in knowing. Lay offs continue so that work can be outsourced to India or third party vendors. There is no more quality and clients are screaming. I give it two yrs and the place will implode. Clients will leave and the doors will close. Hewitt had such a positive reputation within the market place and now I'm embarrassed to admit I work there.
