      Lots of flexibility. Ability to work from home, good company for working parents. Business attire is casual.

      Cons

      Work load vs compensation leaves many workers unsatisfied. Transition from Aon Hewitt to Alight has not been favorable. Workers see little opportunity for salary increases or promotions.
