      WFH/remote or in office, health insurance, paid every other Friday, it's a TPA providing benefits admin for several Fortune 500 companies.

      Cons

      None right now. The US market has negatively impacted firms all across the country. Any con's someone might have could be changed in a matter of days.

      Lots of opportunity and promotes from within. Great support structure throughout to help motivate and keep career progression moving forward.

      Remote work from home that's it.

      Cons

      Low pay for amount of work which keeps increasing Training is horrendous Team work or life balance total BS they do not care your just a number.
