Pros
The learning is good. You get to interact with friendly colleagues and highly knowledgeable clients. Flexible working system.
Cons
Forget your career when you join here. You will a glorified content writer here. There is no sense of stability in the role. All they want is to extract work from you and you can die for all they care. Toxic upper bracket who like to project their weakness upon you and fire you for their down sides. The variable part of the pay structure is an imaginary part. Essentially you will be getting only 70% of the salary you were promised and tax will be cut from it as well. They will fire you and hire someone for a lower pay. Someone who doesn't even understand the subject will blame you and tell you are incompetent so that in that way they become better than us. This is a sinking ship and they are just prolonging their existence by preying on peoples careers. You cant have a clear defined work path once you leave here. The belt system is another fake part of the system. Don't trust the words that come out of the show runners mouth. The team leads matter more than your own talent because they decide to keep you or fire you. And if you belong to an Indian team they wont be giving a second thought about firing you even if you are better than your foreign colleague.
