Worse Job - A Bad Micromanaged Company - Senior Wordpress Developer Algoworks Employee Review

One of the most unrewarding and forgetful company. Does not appreciate employees at all. Employees are just head count. Work environment is unhealthy, unsupportive and filled with negative, unmotivated individuals. The leadership team does not care about employee's well being or growth. In fact, I would not call it leadership. They are just a bunch of managers who are concerned about their bonus only. No mutual respect, no learning , no one listens to your grievances. Do not join the company, not the right place for anyone who has other options. All employees are open to work and searching for better opportunities. People want to leave as soon as possible.
