      None I can think of.

      Cons

      New employees are treat horribly. Boss is lying to his employee a lot. Employee skill up on his own. Uses intern to develop trading and let's them go to do it cheaply. Had massive attrition during covid due to bad management. Employer had to give up majority stake due to bad practices.

      Good for a career start. Small size, flexible hours, work from home.

      Cons

      9 hours a day, six days work week. Low salaries and increments. Limited guidance. No streamlined or semi-streamlined training process for freshers.
