Pros
Flexible working hours and atmosphere
Cons
- The company suffers from serious structural issues. Strategic roles are often filled by people without the proper background or expertise.
- Promotions are based on how long you’ve been around, not on actual skill or performance — which explains the lack of smart decisions and real leadership when it’s needed most.
- It’s shocking that a textile designer can get away with copy-pasting patterns from Shutterstock instead of creating original illustrations. This says a lot about the company’s standard (or lack thereof).
- Toxic seniority is deeply rooted here. Some senior employees have been directly involved in unethical behavior and even fraud, yet they’re protected by the owners and remain in their roles without any consequences. Meanwhile, competent and functional staff are the ones getting laid off.
- Management is disorganized and out of touch. HR is practically useless — acting more like an automated chatbot than a support system. There’s no real initiative to protect or empower employees.
