Pros
Great starting salary, fun benefits, good customer base. This is a small company where you'll work with the same people pretty much every day, and at least when I was there, my coworkers were kind and enjoyable to be around for the long shifts I worked.
Cons
A few weeks into my employment, I sat down with my manager for a performance review. She gave me a few criticisms (she sat in the location I typically worked at, though I floated between their Johns Creek and Sandy Springs location) and then told me we would talk again in a couple weeks. I put a lot of effort into improving over the next week, taking her criticisms to heart. Weeks went by and even though I tried to ask her about it, we never sat down for another review. I really wanted to continue to improve through feedback but my manager never made time.
