As a new nurse their orientation program was wonderful. Staff very helpful

patient load could be heavy at times

Salary, Benefits, Bonus, Colleagues and Culture were all good, job scope was manageable as well.

Management is extremely stretched and may not have capacity to guide newcomers, my department was also overall not very newcomer-friendly.
