After nearly 10 years with the company, 9.5 to be exact, I feel it appropriate to put on record what a fantastic company it is to work for! I have had no end of opportunities to grow & develop my own career within this organisation and feel like I’ve been able to make a huge contribution to it. Those opportunities have naturally presented challenges and I have always had the full support & backing of the owners and fellow Senior Managers to overcome these successfully and learn from them. The entrepreneurial & collaborative culture of the company allows those that what to develop careers all the ingredients they will need to form a highly successful career within recruitment. Their client list is highly impressive & unparalleled, which coupled with the extensive training & development junior (and senior) staff get means that you can go from strength to strength with the right attitude. There are clearly defined career paths across Sales, Delivery, Account Management or Compliance/Operations which can suit anyone’s current career aspirations as well as their future. The organisation has an excellent commission structure for all, with no pressure to perform a role you don’t want to, so it’s a level playing field and attractive for all! I can’t thank the owners enough for giving me the opportunity all those years ago and the support they have shown through my own career path within Alexander Ash. If you are hungry to succeed, I can’t recommend them highly enough!
