Pros
The employee discount is good if you work at the warehouse. If you don’t, they make you pay shipping which negates the discount.
Cons
The company has been in a down spiral since they were acquired by an equity partner.
-Everyone hates their jobs that the company completely lacks any sort of culture. Employee morale is so bad that it’s as if everyone is on autopilot and only talk (more like yell, insult, blame) to you when they have to.
-There is zero communication. Nobody has any idea what anyone else is doing or trying to accomplish. Much time is wasted on multiple people working on the same task or contradictory tasks.
-Benefits are laughable. Expect to pay at least $200 a paycheck for the medium plan. Nothing is covered, including medications until the high deductible is met. They trick you with their HRA but it is only applied once you’ve met your portion.
-Those making the decisions in the company will make decisions they are not qualified to make. Would you have a mailman decide which car you will buy?
-They don’t pay their bills. The internet gets shut off for non-payment several times a year, as well as the services you need to do your job.
-Training is non-existent and often those with longer tenure are expected to permanently do the tasks of unrelated departments.
-Most of their product is junk.
