Only the residents were a positive. Horrible upper management. From Regional Nurse and above.

We Really Care was such a joke. Five Star kept changing policy every 5 to 6 months. Too many TEAMS calls each week. We would 7 to 10 TEAMS call each week. It seemed all the Regionals were getting paid by the word. We had a regional person that would watch videos on her phone while she was at the community. Always short staffed.
