- Most of the projects are rushed and easily killed quickly
- Limited human resource
- Job role doesn't matter, you help other division if needed
- Minimum one-on-one supervised by lead division for self improvement, they're to busy with other stuff
- Junior can be let loose and let them figure them out by their self and not supervised enough
