      Pros

      Decent compensation, some growing pains early on but seemed mostly good by the time I left

      Cons

      Had a disagreement with management but an amicable split, I still like them even though we couldn't work together.

      Great salary, benefits and they really care about their employees. I am so happy that i am part of this great company.

      Pros

      Generous salary, buffeted by profit sharing surprises, travel benefits, holiday party with fantastic prizes, etc. GREAT people with whom to work.

      Cons

      They don't yet offer pet insurance. For me, the work load was sometimes TOO light! (I'd rather be a little too busy than not busy enough!)
