Pros
Small, friendly, and interdependent company which leads to a strong team spirit. Dancers are deeply passionate about their craft. The touring component is interesting as it challenges you to prepare thoroughly and problem-solve on the fly. The company is fiscally responsible. Senior management creates a collaborative environment.
Cons
The union environment can be intimidating until you get accustomed to it. A con is the Covid pandemic threat to this not for profit company's existence, however, the company has not shied away from implementing the painful measures to stay alive.
