Bonus was mentioned and yet it does not exist on any documentation and % is not defined... so it's magic.
Onboarding process was appauling, wherever they could make a mistake, well - they made it. It's completely hands off and you're just being thrown onto the client with your line manager not even knowing what client or project you'll be working on.
For such hands off experience and terrible management, I should definietly be paid way more, like a contractor not a consultant.
Health insurance does not even cover dependants (which you're not told about before you join) and you have to get a pension set up all on your own, the only nice thing is the flexible benefit.
So you are risking being fired with months notice for I dont know what. Better go contracting route at least no middle men steal your money, because of course there is zero transparency on how much consultants in the same role earn, so it could be a difference of 60k between me and my collegue working in the same team.
Sure I'll update my review if my view changes, but I doubt it. You're better off going with Hays or MatchCube who only take 3% of your contracting rate, unless you need a mortgage, then go with another consultancy firm that is at least somewhat transparent.
