      Pros

      Students are lovely. Management is very capable, Good Salary and good team. Goal-directed with space for initiative and good training opportunities. A young college and training company that constantly improves and acts with integrity.

      Cons

      The usual job insecurity. No respect for contractual hours.

      None come immediately to mind.

      Cons

      Zero assistance for housing - 3 nights in a hotel and then you're on your own. If/when you find a place you'll likely have to buy furniture. Your salary whittles away before you've even started. Zero induction for a futile course which is nothing more than an endless multiple choice test. Tests are all you do - no time to teach for the test though LOL. Plus, you will rewrite a test that has already been written. Cheating is prevalent. Health insurance is worthless. Area around the college is infested with rats.
