Turnover exceptionally high at Alamos - Security Guard Alamos Gold Employee Review

Management in security was the worst! 14 guards left in 4 years, some walked out after 2 weeks on the job. Upper Management seems to be blind ti what is happening and continues to happen. Exit interviews are NEVER held. Guards who go other positions at the mine were held back for up to a year because there was never a full compliment of guards due to terrible management.
