Production facilities/equipment seems dated compared to how good the business has done.

Good hands-on experience and opportunity to learn in a manufacturing environment. Coworkers are helpful and willing to teach. Good place to build skills while in school.

Pay could be more competitive compared to similar positions. Some tasks can be repetitive at times.
