The people running this place are top notch as you would expect from a water park.

Most of the other employees are 16 to 19 and its their first job which can make things difficult.

Free season pass. Free drinks all day. Free lunch on Saturdays. 1-2 employee events are hosted each summer. I loved working with Dan (CEO) he always has such a great attitude!

Sometimes untrained people would be brought in to stand as lifeguards as so many actual lifeguards quit. HR is very picky and tends to look the other way on lots of things and nit pick at other things. Your stuff WILL get stolen if you don’t lock it up in a locker. Fights regularly break out between employees. It is a very demanding job. You don’t just to get to sit out in the sun and tan. If you are trained as a lifeguard you will continue to have trainings weekly.
