Additional assignments other than routine work which broadened my experience tremendously such as developing policies n procedures, leading core banking system development and implementation, online banking development, legal documentation review, setting vision, mission & brand development in addition to frontline business development.
Cons
Stress level was very high making work life balance difficult. Frequent targets revision. Mis-Alignment of inter-departmental objectives & turnaround times.
