      Great people, opportunity to get involved in lots of different things and move around within the business

      Cons

      Not entrepreneurial or agile. Lots of red tape to wade through and stakeholder management resulting in lack of agility and inefficiencies. Not enough investment in the right areas.

      Great standard continuous improvement 'package' that provided a consistent approach at all AN sites.

      None. It was a great experience. Lot of travel, but well worth it.
