      Supporting the Warfighter is great!

      Cons

      Weak management at first few levels. Local HR stops everything. Unfare hiring for positions, slide people into positions, change job descriptions for specific people. Promote people who fail government inspections and cost the government money.

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
