      Great work environment. Lots of independence to do your job, but also a great support system. Always treated with respect.

      Workload can be overwhelming from time to time. Knowing how to multitasks is a must to be successful.

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
