      The only reason to ever consider working here is if there's literally no other option.

      Do you enjoy being micromanaged and constantly pressured to do more work for zero incentive? Akima is the place for you! Seriously, I got better treatment working retail.

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
