Extreme underpayment, non-existent onboarding, irrelevant training, used/cheap IT equipment, poor culture/C-suite attitude toward telework during the pandemic, lack of SOPs or standardization of processes

Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)
Cons
No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
