      Pros

      The good news is that the CEO can’t stay here forever. Buts that’s the only good thing about him. He’s lucky that his board of directors are clueless about leadership, management, and business.

      Nobody should have to put up with the the sexist comments of a CEO. Ridiculous. Insulting.

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
