Onboarding was kind of a joke. Here...read these things and attend these onboarding sessions (that kept getting pushed off and pushed off). Absolutely no culture. Moreso employee groups to say they had employee groups. Complete lack of camaraderie, uninspiring staff meetings, and extremely siloed work with little room to collaborate.
