Pros

Good exposure on different types of projects

Cons

This company consistently overloads its staff, routinely underbids projects to win work, and then blames its own teams when the unrealistic budgets and timelines inevitably fall apart. Architectural leads and project managers are held responsible for meeting expectations that were never achievable to begin with, and they’re frequently brought before leadership to justify “failures” that stem from systemic under-resourcing rather than poor performance. The result is a stressful, unsustainable environment with little regard for employee well-being or realistic project delivery.

This company genuinely values its employees, and that care is reflected in everyday interactions. It promotes a healthy work-life balance, and the management team is both supportive and accessible, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Cons

Overall, the company offers a positive work environment, though there may be opportunities to enhance role clarity in some areas where responsibilities appear to overlap.

Pros

The company is flexible with work schedule and respects work life balance almost too much. There are some great mentors there if you can earn their respect and get on their schedule. Excellent benefits package. It is easy to move up if you have work experience, good customer service, a good work ethic and are willing to produce greater than the bare minimum.

Cons

This company is top heavy. Only a couple of the upper mgmt staff have applicable architectural or engineering experience that is helpful to technical designers and project managers. There's too much management staff for its size. Project profits are not distributed fairly given the work expectations, especially when compared to firms of similar size. There is a lack of staff reliability and capability to complete work independently. Design products delivered generally meet the bare minimum. Project managers are not required to have any knowledge of or experience in architectural field/ engineering.
