Pros

This company has grown amazingly over the years and top senior management is excellent including management across various other departments. The values, environment, culture, benefits make employees want to stay.

Cons

There are divisions that should be revamped and new management brought in. One such department is the Account Management department, The quality of hiring, lack of direction from management, bias, partiality, favouritism has brought this department a poor reputation and lack of confidence. There is no clear vision, no direction or leadership provided. Senior management should review the authenticity of data being published by this team. There is no clear future plans for the staff in the department, there has been nothing outstanding to show for. They might as well close the department and have Customer Success Managers take over. This team can be great, but over the years, the culture created, lack of ownership, seriousness, the new ones follow the behaviour of the tenured folks which is not always positive. Most people are unavailable during work hours, leaves are not applied for, everyone are on reactive mode, there are always issues with case management, productivity but the management do not want to take the time to fix these issues. If they do come up with a plan, it lacks consistency. the same issues keep getting discussed year on year but never a solution. It's sad to hear staff talking about how they lack interest to work now and even people talking about leaving.

Pros

Genuinely collaborative culture with talented, supportive colleagues across sales, marketing, and technical teams. * Strong work-life balance and flexibility compared to many companies in the cybersecurity industry. * Meaningful products and technology with a strong reputation in the market. * Employees are trusted to own their work without excessive micromanagement. * Good benefits and a people-first culture that generally prioritizes employee well-being.

Cons

As a large organization, decision-making can sometimes be slow and require alignment across multiple stakeholders. * Organizational changes and shifting priorities occasionally create uncertainty. * Cross-functional processes can be complex, which can impact speed of execution.
