Pros
The co-workers are understanding and welcoming. If you come in with a positive attitude you will be able to build solid relationships with those you work with. No company/workplace is perfect and Ajulia is no different but it gives you the opportunity to gain new skills, build strong relationships, and there is room for growth if you are interested. Working here they will not baby you and they will expect you to bring your "A" game daily. If you go to them and ask for help they will give you the tools and training needed. Management is working on changing policies and procedures to make Ajulia a better place.
Cons
PTO and the benefits structure isn't the best but its not horrible. I've dealt with worst. There are days no one is on the same page thanks to the help of some of the newer management but with weekly training meetings things are gradually turning around.
