Pretty chill. Just have to do your work, no real correspondence with managers since, as a contractor, you're essentially an employee of the company you're contracting with.

Pay is pretty low, especially for my location and considering the work that I do.

Hired as SDE but assigned testing tasks

everything is micro management by seniors. Limited benefits
