      None. Unless you want to get serious mental health issues.

      1. They don't let you voice your opinions 2. You can't talk with your office colleagues because if you do, they will gaslight you into thinking that it's office politics. 3. They hire the worst managers who are incompetent at best. 4. There is no agenda, no targets. Things are cooked up just to overwhelm you. 5. You can be forced into leaving your job. 6.Managers mentally harass people

      Pros

      fixed working hours, rarely getting extended beyond 8 hours a day

      Cons

      they are bringing back full WFO, already the WFH policies were very rigid, one fixed day per week, to avail more than that you had be basically bedridden. Now that is going away as well. All such decisions are coming from the top management in the parent company, so your immediate managers are also helpless to do anything.
