Pros
Workforce are great - friendly people and a great mix of ages and cultures. Nice office - modern, clean and tidy and they take great pride in it. Great access for M40 and for those who don't drive there is a bus stop right outside the office. Up-to-date software. Work life balance is good if you don't want to go beyond your day-to-day hours.
Cons
The top management can be very disrespectful and don't appreciate the great people they have working for them. You won't be rewarded for commitment or hard work over and above, so if you work long hours or want to be proactive do so because you want to for you - you won't get overtime or any thanks.
