Giggling and joking are heard all day. Get to work in a historic New York City building next to the Chrysler Building and above Grand Central. You don't even have to step outside to get into the building. Being in the travel industry inspires me to want to travel more. Friendly and very personal upper management.

Airline partners are difficult to get a hold of concerning IT issues. The lack of a physical product, or direct sale makes marketing a challenge. Intricate and delicate server network always gives problems for IT and customer service.
