Air Canada is a Fun organization to work for, many are Passionate about what they do and management is Ambitious.
Cons
As a large organization, don't kid yourself, Air Canada is very Bureaucratic and Senioritocratic. A few dinosaurs have worked for the company for more than 30 years and have held opportunities hostage and reserved only for their friends.
