Focus on code quality and engineering practices, little red tape to introducing new ways of doing things. Flat management structure with lots of opportunity to own your own work and make impacts business wide. Company cares about its employees, good work life balance, there's always support as long as you ask.
Cons
Some growing pains at current size, trying to work out the right balance between too little and too much process (more often too little I think at the moment) Company's vision is at times dauntingly ambitious
