Pros

Supportive Colleagues, team members are friendly and helpful. Flexible working hours (early-in/early-out or late-in/late-out)

Cons

Overtime is not compensated, and although OT is not frequent, it can be difficult to decline when required. Feedback culture could be improved at times, constructive intentions may be misunderstood or viewed negatively. Some higher management interactions may feel personal or discouraging, and HR support can be limited when seeking guidance. Decision-making from senior levels can be unclear, and proposed ideas may be dismissed without detailed explanation, which can make project planning challenging. Favoritism can occasionally be observed, which may impact fairness. Transparency is not always consistent, especially when there are differing viewpoints. WFH arrangements are treated as optional rather than a stable benefit, which may not suit those seeking hybrid flexibility.
