- None, the last couples of months have just been fantastic and I could not think of a better company to get a 360 of data science.

- trainings (cloud certifications, ...) - interesting projects in DS, also in DE, webscrapping, ... - flat hierarchy (management is easy to discuss with)

it is a small company. So we don't always get to choose the projects we work on.
