The company does not care about their employees overall well being, and it shows. They are out of touch with what a work environment should feel like in the year 2021. At this company, you have to adhere to an outdated dress code, and the owner who is also an HR Manager walks around actively looking for people out of dress code to write them up, instead of actually being a helpful resource, he is simply another tool to micro manage. While employees worked remotely for over a year, and in some cases even performed better, they have called everyone back and will now not entertain any remote work ever again, period. If you survey the company demographics, you will notice that there has been a large exodus of female employees over the last 3 years. This is because there is such a boys club feel to the office, that if you are a female or just a younger person with feelings, you will experience a fair amount of cringe worthy experiences, including gaslighting, sexual harassment, and overall experiences that make you feel not good about yourself. Many women reached their fill of this behavior in recent years and left. If you have not been there your entire career, the pay is horrible. Especially if you are a woman.
