      Pros

      They will work you to death and smile all the time. This is the place for you until you finally realize they don't care about your well being.

      Cons

      Management will say we welcome suggestions and then stab you in the back for suggesting something that will improve things because you have the nerve to outshine the elite in charge of you. And you find out just how much they look down on you. Don't work off shifts because you will be neglected and if you say anything you will be fired.

      If you suck up to the right people you may last 3 years..

      Cons

      This company will stab up in the back with a smile and not think a thing about it. They pretend to care and all the while they plot to destroy you. the HR department is useless and you will get no help from it. It is also a dangerous place to work i know of 4 people who were injured on the job and they never reported it to OSHA , if you get hurt don't look for Agility to help you. Best not to even apply there.
