- Its a small boutique consulting company that makes you feel like a big family - The leadership is genuinely invested in the betterment of its employees and not just concerned about the bottom line - The team members are very friendly and supportive - A culture to grow and take up responsibility that makes you feel valued and important - You can raise your voice for any concerns without the fear of being reprimanded - Leadership has a great vision and always want to empower the team members - Genuine care and concern for the team members by the leadership, speaks volumes about the empathy of the management - Although the current business portfolio is small, but intrapreneurial drive is highly regarded and appreciated

- Challenges that any small organization may have, like a risk of loosing clients but that goes for every organization and IMO the larger organization are more profit centered and so layoffs are more common with them - High risk due to a smaller portfolio

Company to take a job with until something better comes along.
