Pros
The people are what makes Agilico great, many are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Some flexibility available when needed. Infrastructure that supports work from home in some roles. Some individual managers are incredible supportive people helping people grow and succeed in their roles. Good benefits package including discounts, health benefits.
Cons
Senior management have unrealistic expectations for the number of staff available. All teams without exception are understaffed and unable to complete their daily tasks, let alone the large business projects they have to find time for. Many are anxious about even taking any time off because of the workload they'll come back to, as there is no capacity in teams to cover. Too many unhelpful meetings, meaning people have to work through lunches or out of hours to stand any chance. People are underpaid and often staff given extra responsibilities for no increase in salary. There are some amazing people there and it's upsetting just how many people have struggled with their mental health because of their work. Too many tears shed and too many good people have had to have time off with mental health issues. Morale in many teams I worked with is rock bottom. There have been some positive mental health initiatives but really the one thing that will actually help is not overworking staff.
