* Talented but disengaged developers * Most are not "proud" of what they are working on * Overall immature SDLC process leading to scapegoating for projects not meeting expectations * People in constant fear of layoffs due to impending failure and recent keystone employee exits. Overall incentive to innovate is very low. Most people care more about job security more than company growth, which creates a fear-based culture that stagnates towards mediocrity. * People seemingly rewarded based on how many useless Confluence pages they can make
