From an agility perspective they actually live what the promote and have a unique angle on the approach. Its a very flat organization where everyone feels valued and has a voice.

Not much to say in the negative.

Not a staffing firm but a group interested in assembling only the best talent in Agile Coaching and Training. Responsive leadership that takes into account everyone's opinions. Committed to living out an Agile work environment, not just teaching it.

There won't ever be super rapid growth because of the commitment to only having the best Coaches. This is actually a positive though if you are serious about coaching.
