Unethical supervisory processes - Field Service Engineering Lead Agile Defense Employee Review

Started off with a 10% pay cut from prior company. After a year they wrote me up for not doing work that belonged to other people instantly when they were unavailable. They accused me for not being capable of doing my job. I believe they cut me to replace me with a lower paid person. Supervisors are not educated or experienced enough to be in their positions.
