No major cons, you just need to stay in touch during and after your pre-licensing course.

I joined to fill a new role for the company. I honestly wasn’t sure if I could succeed in it, but the founders took the time to help me learn the industry, SEO, sales and operations. On top of that, they even went out of their way to advance some of my pay until I built up my client base. I’ve never worked anywhere that puts their money where their mouth is like this team does. Oh, and I hope you like tacos bc they provide them every week from all of Austin’s finest.

Remote team / work can be a challenge as many of us were spread out. But honestly I think this is new for everyone since the pandemic.
