The CEO is tired and irrational. Strategy & focus literally change every single day, sometimes multiple times a day. Extreme turnover as a result of the CEO's inability to manage a team. Very bad moral as a result of constant psychological abuse by the founder.
The inability to maintain a senior management for more than a couple of months means the CEO is constantly micro-managing every single aspect of the business without good knowledge of the issues. I'd strongly advise staying away until the CEO has stepped down and let someone fresh take the management of the company.
