People are great. Smart. Hard-working. You will learn best practices. You will be part of a winning team. You will gain incredible experiences. You will have awesome snacks in the breakroom and a super nice workstation.

Not a very diverse team - maybe that goes with the territory. It's a rather introverted bunch. As much as management genuinely cares about making employees feel valued, the culture is very strong - and it tends to favor those who simply put their heads down and get shtuff done. the brand encourages creativity, but an extravert might feel a bit...stifled.
