      Pros

      +Mentors always eager to teach and give a lot of studying materials +The task given by the mentor was very clear so it really helped me in doing it. The mentor was also very active in guiding me by providing interesting documentation.

      Cons

      -everyone is so nice, and the work is inspiring and ambitious. so its forced me to give more effort to finish my task. if not i will feel guilty
